In a context of constant change, regulating emotions is crucial, as they influence decision-making and the way we relate to other people (Jeronimus & Laceulle, 2017).  

Emotional intelligence is directly linked to the ability to deal with frustration (Kumari A, Gupta S, 2015). Practicing it allows us, in turn, to regulate the emotions triggered by frustration, such as anger and stress.

OBJECTIVE:
  • Apply frustration management tools to increase the level of well-being and effectiveness in personal and professional settings: Understand what frustration is to identify when and why I feel it, apply self-coaching tools in everyday life to generate learning and new opportunities from frustration.
