The Karin Law (or Law 21.643) strengthens the prevention, investigation, and sanctioning of workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and violence at work, establishing new protocols and concrete measures to ensure safe and discrimination-free workplaces.

By promoting understanding and application of this regulation, leaders will learn to build a respectful, inclusive, and ethical organizational culture, which can reduce the likelihood of mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, or depression by 40%, while increasing productivity by up to 31% (American Psychological Association, 2021; Harvard Business Review, 2011).
