Inclusion today is a legal and cultural commitment. Law 21.015 promotes the labor inclusion of people with disabilities. With its update (Law 21.690), companies with more than 100 employees must comply with a minimum hiring quota of 2% for people with disabilities and disability pensioners.
This course provides your employees with clear, practical tools to promote an inclusive workplace and comply with regulations, supporting the annual training required by law and the work of the Inclusion Manager (Law 21.275).
