In this context, organizations must identify, assess, and manage psychosocial risks in line with the Psychosocial Risk Surveillance Protocol at Work and its current instrument, CEAL-SM/SUSESO (formerly SUSESO-ISTAS 21).
This course provides employees with practical emotional agility tools, such as stress prevention, self-management, and job crafting or job design, that strengthen well-being, resilience, and sustainable performance in day-to-day work.
